Members and chapters in the U.S. are also involved with state legislative and regulatory issues; with federal plans that affect management, conservation, and hunting access on public lands; as well as national legislative issues.

To date, over-190 chapters raise money and provide services to implement the mission of SCI right in their own backyards and around the world by participating in hands-on conservation projects, education activities, and humanitarian efforts.
