November 8, 2008 Last day to pre-register and receive international badges by mail. December 13, 2008 Last day for discount prices. Last day to pre-register and receive domestic badges by mail.	Last Day To Pre-Register By Phone: January 14, 2009 By Web: January 14, 2009 You must register on-site after January 14. No refunds or exchanges after January 14.	Refunds Registration materials must be returned with a written request and must be receivedat SCI World Headquarters by January 14, 2009 in order to receive a refund. No refund requests are accepted after that date. $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Fax In: Fax form with credit card information to 520-617-1430 (Fax both sides of form). Mail In: Must be received at SCI World Headquarters by January 14, 2009. **SCI's Annual Hunters' Convention is an exclusive members-only show. In order to maintain SCI's exclusivity, memberships must be current and paid through February 2009. If your membership expires before February 2009, you must renew your membership during the registration process. Register on-line at www.safariclub.org. All photos and/or video footage taken during the SCI Convention or related events is for personal or SCI use only.
