November 7, 2009 Last day to pre-register and receive international badges by mail. December 12, 2009 Last day for discount prices. Last day to pre-register and receive domestic badges by mail.	Last Day To Pre-Register By Phone: January 13, 2010 By Web: January 13, 2010 You must register on-site after January 13. No refunds or exchanges after January 13.	Refunds Registration materials must be returned with a written request and must be received at SCI World Headquarters by January 13, 2010 in order to receive a refund. No refund requests are accepted after that date. $50 cancellation fee will apply.

**SCI's Annual Hunters' Convention is an exclusive members-only show. In order to maintain SCI's exclusivity, memberships must be current and paid through February 2010. If your membership expires before February 2010, you must renew your membership during the registration process. Register on-line at www.safariclub.org. All photos and/or video footage taken during the SCI Convention or related events is for personal or SCI use only.
