Thank you for your interest in registering for the 38th Annual Hunters' Convention – The Ultimate Hunters' Market! This year's show is located in Reno, Nevada at the Reno Sparks Convention Center, January 20-23, 2010. On-line registration is closed.
All pre-registration badge pick up and on-site registration is conducted at the Reno Sparks Convention Center in the McElroy Ballroom. The McElroy Ballroom is located at the center just inside the shuttle drop off area on Virginia Street.
If you requested to have your badges mailed and you have not received them, we can assist you at pre-registration. If you need to register for Convention, we can assist you at on-site registration. You must be a current member of SCI and purchase a badge to attend the show. If you are not a current member or need to renew your membership and would like to register, we can assist you at on-site registration. If you are a Life Member, we can assist you at the express Life Member line.
Refunds: there are no refunds or exchanges after January 13, 2010
Membership Requirements:
The minimum membership to be eligible to register for the show is a one-year national membership priced at $55 (ask an agent on-site about other membership options).
Badge Fees:
Classic Registration (to attend all four days of the show) - $310
Two Day Registration (Wednesday/Thursday, Thursday/Friday, or Friday/Saturday) - $205
One Day Registration (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) - $130

Wednesday, January 20 from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, January 21 from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Friday, January 22 from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, January 23 from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
